Below are some of the most commonly asked questions we get about our spaces.
How can I reserve a room?
Go to our “Contact Us” page and fill out the form. One of our party planners will reach out to you within 72 hours!
How long can I reserve for?
Reservations are based on up to 4 hours of use. An additional hour before and after your rental times are for set-up and tear-down associated with your event.
How far in advance should I reserve?
Ideally, reservations should be made at least a month in advance but can be made over a year in advance. Reservations are issued on a first come, first served basis and the reservation is not made until a signed contract and deposit is received.
What is the policy for cancellations?
If a customer cancels their event, there is a penalty for holding the venue and preventing it from being rented. More than 6 months from the event date 25% of the total venue rental fee, and 1-6 months from the event date 50% of the total venue rental fee. Less than 1 month from the event date 100% of the total venue rental fee and security deposits paid via credit card will be returned to that same card. Deposits paid via check (or via credit cards that have since expired) will be mailed a check to the name and address on the rental agreement. Security deposits will be refunded in generally 1-2 weeks if all rules and regulations listed were followed. PLEASE NOTE: The most common reasons security deposits are not returned are: not exiting the venue by your end time, using prohibited decorations (confetti, balloons, etc.), and not leaving the venue clean.
What’s the maximum occupancy for the rooms?
Each of our three rooms has a different maximum occupancy and all three together can total up to 150. Call or contact us and we can help you find the right room for the size of your event.
What’s the additional rate per hour?
If you go over the reservation time, the rooms rent for $150/hour.
What is included in the rental price?
Rental of the venue space includes the following:
– Standard tables and chairs for up to 63 people, Smart TV with HDMI cord, and a Refrigerator.

How much parking is available for your spaces?
We have a huge parking lot with more than enough space to accommodate you and your guests.
What kind of equipment is available for rental?

Can I bring decorations?
You can bring your own decorations! Here are some of the guidelines to follow:
-No open flames such as candles are allowed. However, Sternos specifically for food preparation is allowed.
-Confetti and Balloons are prohibited.
-You can hang things on the wall as long as they are hung in a way that will not damage the wall or paint.
